Every order is packed by hand, tracked end to end, and shipped in recycled packaging. Here's exactly what to expect.
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Drop releases can add 2–3 days at peak. Tracking is emailed the moment your label is created. Import duties and taxes outside the US are set by your country and paid by the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
14 DAYS. NO FRICTION.

REQUEST
Send an inquiry within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. We reply with a return authorisation.

PACK
Return pieces unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Include the authorisation slip.

SEND
Ship to the address on your authorisation. Return postage is covered for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise it's on you.

RESOLVE
Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Exchanges ship the same day stock allows.
Final sale: worn, washed, or altered pieces and any item marked archive. Caps are returnable only if unworn with the sticker intact. Faulty pieces are replaced or refunded in full — always.
